This can be whipped and coloured or left in its raw form. It tastes like icecream and doesn’t need to be refrigerated. Awesome stuff!

I use them for dessert or make them as parfeits for breakfast. They are the only desserts served at Seasons 52 which we have here in Florida. They make a great presentation, and, you can control the calories depending on what you put in them.

I guess, on a hot day you would have to bring them out of the freezer just before serving. I’ve never had a problem with them being left on the table for long! Perhaps you could also serve them in a tray of ice??
