Dress up the ceiling or a baby’s cot with this delicate hanging flower mobile. The distinctive bell shape is achieved by layering tissue paper over water balloons.

Instead of a water balloon, use a regular sized balloon and make a springtime flower bonnet. Tape a pointed wad of newspaper to the end of the balloon to form the flower tip.
